6.71 was just uploaded at getdota.com. It is primarily balance adjustments and fixes to various old bugs.
The map is available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, German, Korean, French, Spanish, Turkish, Czech and Hungarian.

I am working on 6.71 right now. It is currently a small update consisting mostly of small balance adjustments, minor bug fixes, etc.
